Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Close to transport, restaurants, and bars. Next to Spalenturm and botanical garden. Cosy and clean room with good mattress. Centre location with included Basel card for free transport and museum discounts. Well connected to train stations and airport. Comfortable bed and impeccable bedding and towels. Clean and comfortable hotel near old town. Easily accommodates four people. Helpful personnel. No AC but small fan provided. Trams nearby. Breakfast options included.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the historic Spalentor. The staff were helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and comfortable, with unexpected amenities like a fan and refrigerator. Plus, the mobility pass included with my stay made getting around Basel easy. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect - right in the center of the city. The hotel is very close to tram stops, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a good view of the surrounding area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including options for vegans. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the inclusion of a free 3-day travel pass. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.
